Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy applies to the processing of personal data on the VPNQJ marketing website, user panel, and subscription service. VPNQJ processes data only as needed to provide the service, maintain accounts, and fulfill transactions. Third-party payment pages and external websites visited by users are governed by their own privacy policies.
Account and Order Data
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. The account system processes usernames, authentication data, and subscription status for sign-in checks, access control, and service delivery. Please do not include unnecessary personal information in your username. If you voluntarily provide an email address in a support ticket, it will be used only to handle that request and is not required to create an account.
Order records include the selected plan, order status, transaction reference, and refund records. They are used to verify payment, activate subscriptions, and resolve transaction disputes. Usage and plan allowance data are used for billing and balance display, not as a detailed record of website visits.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Information
VPNQJ does not record which websites users access through the service, and does not retain browsing history, destination domains, page content, or communications. The service does not create personal connection histories for later lookup or persist connection logs linking source addresses, destination addresses, and connection times.
While a connection is active, network components temporarily process routing, session, and transmission states to complete communications. These operational states are cleared when a session ends or expires and are not turned into personal activity profiles. Troubleshooting is based on service-level errors and aggregated operational metrics. Account orders, usage statistics, and troubleshooting materials submitted by users are not browsing logs and are handled separately under this policy.
Website Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help understand traffic sources, reading activity, and entry-point clicks, and support content improvements and page troubleshooting. Analytics should be limited to necessary page and event information. Passwords, payment credentials, and subscription links are not collected, nor is analytics used to reconstruct external websites accessed through the subscription service.
Cookies or similar storage technologies may be used to maintain sessions, perform security checks, and save preferences. Local storage is used to retain sign-in status and language preferences. Users can clear or restrict this data in their browser; doing so may require signing in again or selecting preferences again. Signing out and clearing site storage do not automatically delete server-side order records.
Third-Party Payments and Data Disclosure
The service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third party. VPNQJ receives payment results and transaction references needed to verify orders and does not ask users to provide payment account passwords to customer support. Transaction data processed by third parties and their retention practices are governed by those parties' disclosures.
Data is shared with relevant processors only to the extent necessary to deliver the service, verify transactions, or fulfill legal obligations. VPNQJ does not sell personal data. For disclosure requests with a valid legal basis, requests are verified and disclosure is limited in scope. This policy does not mean that browsing or connection history not recorded by the service can be provided.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide account services. Order, refund, and dispute records are retained as required for transaction verification and by applicable law. Access analytics and troubleshooting materials are deleted or de-identified once their purpose has been fulfilled. No single fixed retention period applies to all data, as different processing purposes should not be treated as one.
Users can sign in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data. Account ownership must be verified before a request is processed. Do not submit passwords or complete subscription links. Data that must be retained by law or relates to an unresolved transaction will be restricted to necessary uses, and the reason it cannot be deleted immediately will be explained. Uninstalling the client alone does not close an account.
Data Protection and Policy Updates
VPNQJ limits access to data according to job responsibilities and uses measures such as authentication and transmission safeguards to reduce the risk of unauthorized access. Users should keep account credentials and subscription links secure. If you notice unusual account activity, submit a request for review through a panel support ticket.
Policy revisions will be published on this page, and the last-updated month will be changed. Important changes to data uses or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. If a new processing purpose requires separate authorization, it will be explained before processing begins; updating this page does not replace any required choice. For questions about data processing, see the contact page for ways to get in touch.
