Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains refund eligibility, how to apply, and how payments are returned for VPNQJ subscriptions. Check your order history before applying. Refund communications and outcomes are recorded in your account support ticket for reference.
Refund Window and Eligibility
You may request a no-questions-asked full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Eligibility is checked against the time of the first successfully paid order, and the application time is based on the ticket submission record. You do not need to provide speed-test screenshots, proof of connection failures, or other reasons to qualify under this commitment.
Monthly subscriptions and data packages are billed differently, so specify the relevant order when applying. Data packages never expire; this describes the validity of the data and does not mean the refund window remains open indefinitely. Renewals, upgrades, and additional purchases do not automatically restart the refund window for the first payment. If multiple orders are involved, each payment and refund status will be checked separately, and the scope of processing will be noted in the ticket.
Eligibility and Review Cases
You may apply under the no-questions-asked refund commitment within the stated window for reasons such as changes in usage habits, access needs, or other personal circumstances. Normal connection and data usage alone are not grounds for refusal. This policy does not impose an unpublished data-usage threshold or require troubleshooting to be completed before your request is accepted.
Standard requests made after the refund window are not covered by this commitment. An order that has already been refunded cannot be refunded again, and an order that was not successfully paid must first be checked to confirm whether a charge was made. For duplicate charges, unusual amounts, or inconsistent order statuses, contact support through a ticket for verification rather than submitting another payment.
For disputes involving excess usage records or alleged account violations, the order, data records, and relevant terms should be reviewed, with the specific issue and basis for the decision explained. Account restrictions and refund requests are verified separately; a vague anomaly label is not a substitute for a refund decision. If you disagree with the review, you can add supporting information to the original ticket.
How to Apply and Required Information
Sign in to the account used for payment, then go to the support ticket center to request a refund and identify the order. No email address is required, and you can check progress in your account. If you cannot access your account, first review the support contact options on the contact page.
- Provide the order number, package name, and payment time to help locate the transaction.
- Specify the payment method and amount paid. If the payment record does not match the order, you may attach proof of the transaction.
- Include only the information needed for verification. Hide unrelated account balances and other transaction details.
Do not submit your account password, payment password, wallet private key, or recovery phrase. If information is missing, we will list what is needed in the original ticket. Use the same ticket for additional materials and follow-up questions whenever possible to keep the record together.
Returns to the Original Method and Payment Differences
This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Refunds are generally returned through the original payment method and should correspond to the original transaction. For Alipay and WeChat Pay, refund status and account records are determined by the relevant payment provider. If the original method cannot be used, confirm an alternative arrangement in a support ticket first; do not redirect the refund to another account without approval.
USDT involves on-chain transactions and cannot be reversed in the same way as Alipay or WeChat Pay payments. Before processing, verify the original transaction, refund amount, receiving address, and network in a support ticket, and clarify any applicable on-chain fees. Do not identify a network based only on how an address looks, and do not send assets to an address provided outside the support ticket.
Payment Progress and Outcome Confirmation
Submitting a request, completing an order review, initiating a refund, and receiving the funds are separate stages. The time to receive funds depends on the payment provider or on-chain confirmations. This policy does not promise a fixed processing time beyond what is stated in the facts provided. After a refund is initiated, check its status through the support ticket and confirm receipt against the original payment record.
If the ticket shows that a refund was sent but the funds have not arrived, reply in the original ticket and provide any necessary transaction status screenshots for further review. This helps avoid confusion caused by duplicate requests. Once a refund is complete, the service benefits associated with that order will be adjusted accordingly. The ticket record confirms the refund outcome for monthly subscriptions and data packages. For other service terms, see the Terms of Service. Information about how application materials are handled is available in the Privacy Policy.
