Service Scope

VPNQJ provides a network acceleration subscription service for streaming, AI tools, and access to international websites. A subscription provides access to the applicable international routes and connection configurations. It does not include memberships, content licenses, or account benefits from third-party platforms. When using third-party services, you must still meet their regional, account, and content licensing requirements.

Available routes are those shown in the user panel. Routes, protocols, and client compatibility may change due to maintenance or network conditions. Coverage does not mean that every route supports every third-party app. For plan prices, data allowances, and billing rules, see the pricing page and the information shown at checkout.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is needed to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Keep your login credentials, subscription links, and connection configurations secure, and do not post them on public pages. If credentials are exposed or you notice unusual activity, change your password promptly and request assistance through a user panel ticket.

The service supports an unlimited number of devices online simultaneously for use by the account holder. Unlimited devices does not permit sharing an account or subscription with others. You may not resell, rent, or distribute connection configurations without permission, or use the service to provide paid access to third parties.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Choose a plan based on your needs, and check your subscription status and remaining data in the user panel.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and to your activities, as well as the service rules of the platforms you access. You may not use the service for fraud, intellectual property infringement, distributing illegal content, stealing information, malicious attacks, or other unlawful activities.

You may not disrupt route operations, abuse network resources, or interfere with other users' connections. VPNQJ may conduct necessary checks and impose restrictions in response to suspected unusual use. You are responsible for activity under your account and may not use network acceleration as a reason to violate third-party platform rules.

Availability and Liability

Connection performance depends on factors such as your local network, carrier routing, device settings, destination websites, and third-party platform policies. VPNQJ does not promise consistent speeds across all locations, times, and apps, or guarantee that specific content libraries or third-party accounts will always be available.

Maintenance, upstream outages, and other events beyond reasonable control may interrupt service or lead to route changes. VPNQJ will address service issues within reasonable limits and, when necessary, provide information through site announcements. You are responsible for keeping copies of important materials. These terms do not exclude or limit liability where applicable law prohibits doing so.

Account Restrictions and Termination

If you violate these terms through unlawful use, resale or sharing, malicious attacks, or ongoing service disruption, VPNQJ may suspend the relevant connections, restrict account features, or terminate the service, depending on the nature of the conduct. Where an active security risk is involved, necessary measures may be taken first, followed by an explanation to the user.

If you disagree with a restriction, submit your account details and a description of the issue through a user panel ticket to request a review. Connection loss caused by an expired subscription or depleted data is handled separately from termination for violations.

Changes to These Terms and Related Policies

VPNQJ may update these terms in response to service changes or legal requirements and will show the update month on this page. Changes affecting users' main rights will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Changes do not retroactively alter rights from completed transactions, except where the law provides otherwise.

You may request a full refund without giving a reason within 14 days of your first payment. For instructions, see the refund policy.
